Kitchen Cleaning Check List

Checklist can be altered to Customer's choice.

  • Grill Cleaning
  • Filter all the Vats
  • Wipe top of grill (stainless steel)
  • Wipe top of fry station (stainless steel)
  • Fry Station ( including Arch Dispenser)
  • Empty, change and sterilize all garbage bins
  • Sweep the kitchen floor and surrounding area
  • Mop the kitchen floor and surrounding area
  • Every week pull equipment - rotating
  • Cleaning ceramic walls with Windex and paper towel
  • Clean white boards on walls with clean bar towel and soap
  • Change the oil according to the color
  • Cleaning all hood filters
  • Pull grill from the wall scrub all
  • Toasters - Teflon and belt clean good condition
  • UHC units slots and outer surface cleaned
