Grill Cleaning
Filter all the Vats
Wipe top of grill (stainless steel)
Wipe top of fry station (stainless steel)
Fry Station ( including Arch Dispenser)
Empty, change and sterilize all garbage bins
Sweep the kitchen floor and surrounding area
Mop the kitchen floor and surrounding area
Every week pull equipment - rotating
Cleaning ceramic walls with Windex and paper towel
Clean white boards on walls with clean bar towel and soap
Change the oil according to the color
Cleaning all hood filters
Pull grill from the wall scrub all
Toasters - Teflon and belt clean good condition
UHC units slots and outer surface cleaned
